Roseann's Bio:
Roseann Primerano, Esquire - Senior Litigation Attorney with the Law Office of Joseph Carolan a Staff Counsel office of the CNA Insurance Companies. Juris Doctor with Honors from Seton Hall University School of law, 1983 ( Won American Jurisprudence Award in Torts). Bachelor of Science with High Honors from Rutgers University, Cook College, 1977. Admitted to practice, 1983; United Stated District Court of New Jersey, 1983; Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 1991. Ms. Primerano has been employed by CNA Insurance Company doing defense work since 1985. Her areas of focus have been major claims, slip and falls, construction site accidents, products liability, dental and nursing malpractice and auto cases. She has successfully litigated cases including wrongful death, quadriplegia, brain injury, severe burns and many cases with multi-million dollar exposure. She has given numerous seminars on Additional Insured and Indemnity Clauses in Commercial Contracts, Jury Trial Technique, Liquor Liability and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist law. She has argued cases before the Appellate Division , several of which have been reported. She is a also a Court Appointed Arbitrator in Essex County. In addition to her legal work, she was a Commissioner in Lyndhurst for four years and was on the Budget Review Committee for the Board of Education in the Township of Kinnelon form 10 years.
