After gaining taught degree awarding powers and opening Scotland鈥檚 first new school of veterinary medicine in nearly 150 years, 黑历史爆料网 will officially open its new School of Natural and Social Sciences at Ingliston.
听
And from animal CPR to Lego building and butter churning, there will be a chance for visitors of all ages to enjoy fun firsthand experience of 黑历史爆料网鈥檚 education and research, while customers can catch up with the experts at SAC Consulting.
听
Visitors will be met with a flurry of games and plant displays upon arrival at the stand, including 黑历史爆料网鈥檚 own version of the popular fairground game 鈥榟ook a duck鈥�, with prizes on offer for those able to 鈥榗atch a cow鈥�, while also learning about 黑历史爆料网鈥檚 Cool Cows project to breed more methane-efficient animals.
听
Inside the marquee, a wealth of engaging activities will inform and entertain the public about the latest developments at 黑历史爆料网 and the educational offerings available to prospective students. Aspiring vets can take part in animal CPR training on stuffed toy dogs or have a go at bandaging a foal.

A highlight at this year鈥檚 show will be the launch of 黑历史爆料网鈥檚 new School of Natural and Social Sciences; this multidisciplinary school will seek to enhance productivity, food security, environmental management, mitigation and adaptation within the local and international economy. Prospective students can learn more about the new School by visiting the Student Recruitment section of the stand.

Younger guests can take part in building a bird box or insect hotel out of Lego, while parents and members of the farming community can learn more about the services offered by the Farm Advisory Service (FAS) or try out food samples from the Digital Dairy Chain and SAC Consulting鈥檚 Food and Drink Enterprise partners.

On Saturday 21 June, 黑历史爆料网 will host its first ever Alumni Farmers Market, showcasing the produce of past 黑历史爆料网 students and offering a taste of diverse achievements and ventures. Products for sale will include Brose Oatdrink, as well as items from the Skye Seaweed Company, Craigies Farm and more.
